The Chefs of the Maharaja Express, serve mouth watering dishes of various cuisines including Indian, Chinese and Continental, at two Suave restaurants Rang Mahal and Mayur Mahal, each with a capacity to seat 44 guests, thus  enabling all the guests to have meals at the same time. The tasty food is complimented by the Safari Bar, well stocked with the finest spirits and wines from across the globe.
